What does a credit buy?

Depth of report on one formula. Quick Formula, 1 credit: the structured INCI-level prototype with pre-validated concentrations and a regulatory screen for your named markets. Intelligence Brief, 3 credits: Quick plus market-benchmarked ingredient rationale, safety scoring and chemistry-conflict checks. Dossier, 5 credits: Brief plus an ICH stability protocol, a manufacturing brief and literature citations. Quick Audit 1, Deep Audit 2. Formulation Partner: 1 credit per five exchanges after three free. Up to three exploration variants of a formula are free; credits are spent to lock and enrich the one you choose.

Is there a free tier, or just a trial?

Both, in sequence. Every sign-up is a 7-day trial with 6 credits and no credit card — enough for a Quick Formula with its exploration variants, an Intelligence Brief, or a mix of audits, all with the same regulatory screen and safety scoring as a paid report. When the 7 days end, nothing is cut off: if you don't subscribe, the account becomes free tier and receives 3 credits every 30 days, starting 30 days after sign-up, which expire monthly and do not roll over. You decide on a paid tier after the trial, not before it.

Do unused credits roll over?

On Starter, up to 5 credits roll into the next month; on Professional, up to 10. Free-tier credits expire monthly. Top-up credits are available on every plan with a 5-credit minimum — $1.50 per credit on Free, $1.25 on Starter, $1.00 on Professional — and fold into the plan's rollover cap.

Is there a discount for students or institutions?

Verified students — a .edu address or proof of enrolment — get 50% off Starter or Professional. Institutions, teams and contract manufacturers who need seats, API access or volume terms get a plan built around their workflow; use the contact page. Send proof of enrolment through the same page and the student discount is applied to your account.

Why is there no "contact sales" wall?

Because the things others gate behind a call — multi-market regulatory screening and multiple formulation variants — are included in every paid plan from $25/month. After you request access, you can pick a plan and activate. The plan tiers are shown on this page, so you can see the price and compare the credit allowances without a separate sales call.

What's the difference between the trial and the Free tier?

The trial is a one-time 7-day period with 6 credits, starting when your account is activated. After it ends, Free is your ongoing plan: 3 credits per month, with the first grant on day 30. Free credits expire monthly, and no credit card is required. The trial grant happens only once; the Free grants continue each month without a subscription.
