Refund Policy

Which policy applies

Look at the seller named on your receipt or payment confirmation:

• If the seller is Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle.com Inc, Paddle Payments Ltd, or Paddle Payments Inc), Section A applies.
• If the seller is Aurentis Science LLP (payments processed by xPay or Razorpay), Section B applies.

Section A — Purchases via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

A1. Who sells to you

Purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Inc for US buyers or Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd for Canadian buyers). Paddle's Refund Policy governs all refunds and cancellations.

A2. Refunds

Transactions are non-refundable except where consumer law grants a right to withdraw (EU/EEA/UK/CH/TR/IL: 14 days; KR/BR/CN/CA: 7 days; SG: 5 days from the transaction) or where Paddle grants a discretionary refund on a request made within 14 days of the transaction. Where Paddle's policy permits waiver of a digital content withdrawal right, that right lapses once you begin using the service after expressly consenting to immediate access and waiver at checkout. Where a refund is issued, access to the credits or subscription ends.

A3. Cancellation

Cancel any time via the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

A4. How to request

Request a refund from Paddle at paddle.net(“Request refund”) or via the link in your receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

A5. Business tax refunds

VAT/GST-registered businesses may request a tax refund from Paddle within 60 days of the transaction.

Section B — Purchases from Aurentis Science LLP (xPay / Razorpay)

B1. Who sells to you

Purchases are made directly from Aurentis Science LLP. Payments are processed on our behalf by xPay or Razorpay; neither is the merchant of record.

B2. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where consumer law grants you a right to withdraw from a purchase, we honour it. If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey, or Israel, you may withdraw within 14 days of the transaction. If you are located in South Korea, Brazil, China, or Canada, you may withdraw within 7 days. If you are located in Singapore, you may withdraw within 5 days. Where applicable law permits a digital content withdrawal right to be waived, that right lapses once you begin using the service after expressly consenting to immediate access and waiver at checkout. Where a refund is issued, access to the corresponding credits or subscription ends.

B3. Discretionary refunds

Outside of statutory withdrawal rights, we may issue a discretionary refund on a request made within 14 days of the transaction. To request a refund, email support@theformulator.ai with your account email and receipt ID. For technical defects, contact us first at the same address.

B4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Where a refund is issued, access to the corresponding credits or subscription ends immediately.

B5. Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing support@theformulator.ai or via your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

B6. GST invoices

An Indian GST invoice is issued for INR purchases on request. Email support@theformulator.ai with your GSTIN.
